First City Credit Union is in search of a strong leader to serve as the SVP/Chief Marketing Officer to plan, coordinate and execute the credit union's strategic marketing plan in the context of the credit union's overall strategic goals. The SVP/CMO is a strategic executive leader responsible for developing and executing credit union's enterprise-wide marketing, brand, communications, digital engagement, member growth, and business development strategies. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CMO serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and plays a critical role in advancing the credit union's mission, expanding market share, deepening member relationships, and supporting long-term organizational growth.The SVP/CMO leads all aspects of marketing, branding, member acquisition and retention, public relations, digital marketing, community engagement, product marketing, and market research.
