Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Coordinator to support the bank’s customer relationship management (CRM) programs and marketing project coordination efforts, housed out of our Wabash location in Springfield, IL! This role assists with campaign management, customer onboarding initiatives, project communication, and marketing event support while helping ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight and day-to-day management of the bank’s CRM programs.
• Train new users on CRM platforms and related processes.
• Coordinate marketing and customer onboarding campaigns within the CRM system.
• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and results.
• Coordinate marketing projects and communicate timelines, updates, and project progress.
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing events and community activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts.
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and multitasking abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, co-workers, and outside entities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of BOS products and services preferred.

Additional Information

• Some special events may occur outside normal business hours.

• Occasional travel is required, including travel outside of the Springfield area for events and related activities.
