With your business development experience, the quality of your client service, and your knowledge of the Commercial Banking sector, you will have a direct impact on client acquisition, relationship growth, profitability, and the overall client experience.

Your job

  • Build strong relationships with commercial clients and prospects while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow deposits, treasury revenue, and client acquisition.
  • Recommend treasury management solutions including receivables, payables, liquidity management, reporting, and fraud prevention services.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Commercial Banking teams to deepen client relationships and support business growth.
  • Negotiate and review pricing agreements while ensuring client profitability and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored treasury recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and achieve regional objectives.

Your team

You will work on the Treasury Management team within Commercial Banking and report to the Regional Head of Treasury Management.

You will partner closely with Commercial Banking teams within your assigned market to support client growth and business development opportunities.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field.
  • Experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Treasury Management, Business Banking, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills.
  • Knowledge of treasury products and commercial banking services.
  • Ability to understand the impact of interest rate changes on client profitability and deposit strategies.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
