  • Partner with Treasury Sales and Commercial Banking leaders to increase product adoption, fee income, deposits, and client retention.

  • Evaluate market trends, client needs, emerging technologies, fintech partnerships, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.

  • Engage in industry conferences, forums, and events to stay current on trends, gather market intelligence, analyze competitive treasury offerings, and identify partnerships that support product strategy.

  • Own product performance, profitability, pricing strategy, and key business metrics.

  • Demonstrated experience building and executing strategic product roadmaps.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

  • Deep understanding of commercial payments, liquidity management, receivables, digital channels, and treasury operations.

  • Strong understanding of commercial banking, treasury operations, and payments ecosystems.

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • CTP, AAP, PMP, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, Scrum/agile, or similar product, payments or treasury-related certification.

  • MBA or advanced degree.

  • Experience with real-time payments, ISO 20022, API banking, ERP integrations, embedded finance, commercial card modernization, integrated receivables, fraud analytics, or AI-enabled Treasury capabilities.
