Accounts Receivable Duties:
  • Applying unapplied cash to correct accounts
  • Process customer payments and apply payments to accounts accurately. 
  • Review customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances. 
  • Prepare invoices, account statements, and payment-related documentation. 
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues. 
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and assist with account reconciliation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Accounts Receivable Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes. 
  • Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
