Do you have at least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience? A Fire and Safety company in Irving is looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to join their team. This company provides integrated commercial security and fire protection solutions for businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Join a company that helps businesses protect their people, property, and operations. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional to support important financial operations in a professional work environment.

Accounts Receivable Duties:
  • Applying unapplied cash to correct accounts
  • Process customer payments and apply payments to accounts accurately. 
  • Review customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances. 
  • Prepare invoices, account statements, and payment-related documentation. 
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues. 
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and assist with account reconciliation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Accounts Receivable Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes. 
  • Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
