Job Description

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist Interaction Designers/Information Architects with user interface layout and design components/widgets
Collaborate with Interaction Designers/Information Architects, business owners, developers, and graphic designers to establish test and research strategies for projects
Select and schedule test and research participants
Facilitate user testing and research
Analyze testing and research data, report results, and propose IA/design changes
Assist with defining and evolving standard protocol, tools, techniques, and documentation/reporting templates for testing
Perform expert reviews of systems, as appropriate
Educate business owners, developers, and others on the importance of usability and user-centered design (UCD), as appropriate

Qualifications

A solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and user interface analysis is a must. Familiar with ADA compliance (WCAG 2.0 level AA), PeopleSoft application and agile development is preferred.
