Job description

Salary:

We are looking for a detailoriented Operations Processor to join our onsite bank operations team. This role supports daily banking functions by processing transactions, maintaining customer account records, and assisting internal teams. The position is wellsuited for someone early in their banking career who enjoys accuracy, problemsolving, and operational support work.


This is anentrylevel operations role, with preference given to candidates who have approximately one year of banking experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer banking transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Perform maintenance on customer accounts and banking systems
  • Support internal banking departments with operational requests
  • Research account discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Assist with debit card processing, maintenance, and issuance
  • Support document imaging, account documentation, and operations workflows
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of bank and customer information
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve operational issues
  • Perform additional clerical and operational duties as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Previous banking experience preferred (1 year ideal)
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance in a banking environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with banking systems, imaging software, or account processing preferred
