Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking Business Analysis to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the banking sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position is ONSITE in Plano TX
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Banking Business Analysis, with a deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
