POSITION OVERVIEW

The Pricing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team by maintaining pricing accuracy, administering customer pricing programs, and ensuring timely execution of price changes across the organization. This role reduces pricing claims and ensures compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Maintenance: Load and maintain executed agreements into internal systems and keep the master price file updated.

  • Quoting Support: Enter competitive price quotations utilizing industry software and assist sales with negotiations based on data.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Generate contract templates, manage expiration and renewal processes, and ensure adherence to pricing policies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical prices, trends, and margins to help determine future pricing of products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to resolve pricing discrepancies and improve profitability.
  • Reporting: Compile and maintain quoting reports and monitor sales performance dashboards.
  • Rebates:  calculate and confirm customer rebates
