Job Description

Responsible for the management of onboarding Investment Services accounts of various sizes to our online portal, Global Custody Pivot. IT&C Pivot Account Managers are responsible for ensure clients are onboarded accurately to the Global Custody Pivot platform ensuring an exceptional online experience. Interprets ITC User Authorization documentation and support documents to select appropriate coding within the Pivot Admin System. Regularly interacts with Relationship Management and Client Services teams, supporting the business line in their understanding of the client portal. Proactively engages Relationship Managers and Client Services Account Managers and Associates to identify issues with documentation, obtaining clarity on client requests and discuss opportunities that evolve with future enhancements. Ensures appropriate documentation is retained in house and maintains client Global Custody profile folder. Aids in reviews of Global Custody Paperwork, works with Client Services and Relationship Managers to clear any noted exceptions, responds to requests from WM&IS Risk Management, Trust Compliance and Corporate Audit Services in a timely manner. Identifies staff training needs, participates in training events, may coach, or assist in training Relationship Management and Client Services teams as well as aid in the training of less experienced IT&C Pivot Account Managers. Identifies and executes opportunities to create capacity and efficiencies. Participates on Investment Services and Trust Operations committees and projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically two to four years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of trust administration, products and sales
- Basic knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations
- Ability to develop new business
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
