Role Description
- Full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA.
- Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale Influencer & TikTok LIVE events, including creator-focused recruitment, promotional campaigns, and special programming.
- Leads event management department, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and third-party external collaborators, and ensures events align with business objectives, brand standards, and platform guidelines.
- Develop event strategies, manage timelines and budgets, and negotiate with vendors and partners, and monitoring event performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with creator management, and marketing team to drive audience growth, revenue, and engagement on TikTok LIVE.
- For transparency - Compensation range: $150,000-200,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and event management skills, with experience leading complex, large-scale events or programs.
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation, including forecasting, cost control, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for coordinating cross-functional teams, creators, vendors, and platform partners.
- Sales and partnership development skills to secure sponsorships, collaborations, and promotional opportunities.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize event outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or similar live-streaming platforms and an understanding of creator ecosystems and audience engagement.
