Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

Join our team as a Production Operator - FFM, where you'll play a hands-on role in operating Fluorosint equipment and supporting our production process. This position is key to maintaining product quality, ensuring safety, and minimizing downtime.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate all Fluorosint equipment (e.g., ovens, presses, mixers, micro-grinder, ball mill) according to SOPs.
  • Mix, blend, and process materials into FFM powder.
  • Mold FFM powder into rod, tubular bar, and plate products.
  • Package and prepare products for shipping per specifications.
  • Monitor and record production data and computer transactions accurately.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and take corrective action as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and report process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct basic equipment maintenance and visual inspections.
  • Support continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards.
  • Safely operate Powered Motor Vehicles (PMVs).
  • Participate in training and retraining as required.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What You'll Bring
