As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.


Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
  • Track and record data on each child’s progress using our electronic system.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
