Job description

Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

Compensation:

$75,000 per year


Responsibilities:
  • Track progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AAC devices and implementation in treatment sessions.
  • Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred.
  • Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage.
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
