Montilio’s Baking Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Bakery/Pizzeria Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail bakery and pizzeria. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baked goods and pizza, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for customer service. This role requires a focus on managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the high-quality standards that Montilio's is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the bakery and pizzeria.

- Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
