About the Role

As a Doughnut Creator at Pinkbox, youโ€™re the magic behind the scenes. As a baker you will be preparing dough, mixing batter, baking, or frying to perfection, and setting our doughnuts up to be fresh, fluffy, and flawless. Youโ€™ll follow recipes with accuracy and consistency to keep the Pinkbox standard high every single day.

About Us

Pinkbox Doughnuts isnโ€™t your old-school bakery. Weโ€™re the bold, colorful, made-from-scratch doughnut headquarters serving up 70+ Insta-worthy flavors daily, including icons like Pinky & Pooh. Our signature coffee menu is always rotating too, because we like to keep things fresh, fun, and never boring.

With 14 locations in Southern Nevada and Utah, itโ€™s no surprise that we have been voted โ€œBest Doughnuts in Vegasโ€ year after year. Tourists flock, locals stay loyal, and our doughnuts keep going viral.

If youโ€™re high-energy, love people, and can handle a little sugar-fueled chaos then we want you on the team.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Follow recipes and directions to create delicious doughnuts
  • Accurately weigh ingredients and measure liquids (precision matters!)
  • Prepare, cut, and fry doughnuts
  • Safely operate fryers, ovens, and bakery equipment
  • Prepare dough, glaze, icing, fillings, and other tasty components
  • Store dough and doughnuts properly to maintain freshness and quality
  • Follow portion controls and par levels to support production flow
  • Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
  • Track and record proper times and temperatures for products prepared
  • Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate supply needs
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
  • Jump in on additional tasks as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of months of pastry or baking experience preferred
  • Must have a Food Handlerโ€™s Card
  • Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail + pride in doing things the right way
  • A positive attitude and ability to stay focused during high-volume production

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Standing and walking for the duration of each shift
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to multitask and stay positive in a busy kitchen environment
  • Typical shifts are 8 hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Most of our shops are open 24/7 โ€” we keep the doughnuts coming!
  • Kitchen environment includes heat, occasional wet floors, and sharp equipment
  • Must comply with uniform and hygiene standards
  • Expect a fun, fast-paced, high-energy environment (with lots of sprinkles)
