Job description

*This position is only at our Amherst location: 499 W. Klein Rd.


As a Night Baker/Supervisor, you will learn all aspects of the bakery production for Dash's Market. This involves making our scratch product which includes English Muffins, Ciabatta, Italian, Multigrain, etc. and extends to portioning, shaping and preparing to bake for all four of our stores.


You will be an active part of the production team and must responsibly handle any issues that come up involving the production/distribution for the product.


You will be responsible for assisting, and/or training other team members to keep nighttime production efficient and at an acceptable pace.


This position will include some ordering and invoice management.


This position is full time. You must be available between the hours of 6pm to 6am daily.
