Job description

The Baker II is responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality baked goods—including pastries, desserts, confections, and bread—for all casino restaurant outlets. The role requires strict adherence to food preparation standards, cleanliness, and health and safety guidelines. Duties include measuring and preparing ingredients, operating ovens and mixers, maintaining a clean work environment, and managing product storage. The Baker II must work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, communicate effectively with chefs and staff, and assist in special projects or functions as needed.

This position requires at least one year of relevant experience in a high-volume bakery or restaurant, with culinary certification preferred.
