Key Responsibilities

Baking & Preparation:

  • Analyze baking needs and bake products consistently throughout shifts.
  • Measure, mix, bake, and package goods; assist with donut frying and cake decorating.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ingredient ordering.

Customer Interaction:

  • Assist customers in selecting baked goods and answer product-related questions.
  • Offer recommendations and inform customers about specials or new products.

Kitchen & Work Area Maintenance:

  • Keep the bakery area clean and sanitary, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Clean ovens, equipment, and dispose of waste.

Inventory & Stocking:
