Program Summary

KBR's Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) division is the Team Behind the Mission. We deliver mission critical services to the U.S. military and coalition partners around the world. Our key capabilities include base operations; contingency and expeditionary support; next generation asset management; digitally focused logistics; prepositioned stock; and integrated supply chain management.

KBR provides Contingency Base Operations, Stabilization, and Infrastructure support services under Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and related task orders.

Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Project Coordinator who is interested in supporting a broad range of activities across the Global Contingency Services Contract (GCSC) team. This role provides flexibility and variety, with responsibilities shaped by project needs and team priorities. With a focus on project coordination and document administration, this role also offers exposure to internal project management activities, support of management tasks, and opportunities to contribute across multiple workstreams. It is well suited to someone who enjoys organization, communication, and support project teams to deliver effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administrative support across a variety of projects within the GCSC team.

  • Assist with project documentation, registers, filing structures and configuration management.

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of actions, deliverables, and project milestones.

  • Help prepare reports, meeting materials, status updates, and internal communications.

  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain information flow across teams.

  • Assist management with general administrative tasks, workflow organization, and internal project activities.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and documentation standards.

  • Work collaboratively across engineering, design, and project delivery teams to support daytoday project operations.

  • Receive & submit SOWs to Procurement/

  • Manage delivery of technical evaluations from Procurement to respective site SME.

  • Track project specific documents such as SOW, Bid Tab, Quotes & completed technical evaluations.

  • Maintain daily project trackers efficiently & effectively.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • 4 years of related experience supporting public works or US Government facility projects.

  • Solid understanding of the organization's logistic functions and the activities involved in providing logistical support.

  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, vendors and customers, contributing to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork and a positive attitude.

  • Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoS/DoD-related programs, international programs, or field-based monitoring contracts.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Materials and Sub-Contracts processes experience is a plus.

  • Experience in Operations & Supply Chain.
