Location & Work Arrangement
Applicants must physically reside in the United States. This role is remote unless you live within 30 miles of a FlexTG officeโ€”then the role is hybrid (in office 3 days per week).
Salary Range
$92,000โ€“$105,000, dependent on location and experience level.
Work Authorization
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
 
Position Summary
FlexTG is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong Power Automate and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) expertise to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can design, build, and support scalable solutions across hybrid environments while acting as a key contributor to our Dynamics ecosystem.

You will play a critical role in customizing, integrating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, while also supporting core infrastructure and driving automation and system reliability.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customization and integrations
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom applications using C#, .NET, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Administer and optimize Dataverse environments, including storage management and performance monitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 system and application issues, including root cause analysis
  • Support and maintain hybrid/cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
  • Collaborate on system integrations, migrations, and modernization initiatives
  • Build and enhance automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Execute and support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
  • Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement across systems and architecture
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) configuration and customization
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and Power Platform tools
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud data tools
  • Familiarity with CPQ platforms
  • Experience with automation, scripting, and system optimization
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
  • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid infrastructure environments
