C4 Operations is looking to add a Customer Service/Background Check Researcher to our team.

IN OFFICE Position M-F 8-5 in Cedar Rapids

Two years office employment experience necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Background Check Research
  • Perform Drug Test

Qualifications

  • Any Paralegal Education and or experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Fundamental computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Business Suite)
  • Ability to work in well in a team environment
  • High ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
