About the Role:
We're seeking confident, coachable, and self-motivated sales representatives to join our high-performing team. Using a proven in-home sales process, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. Your success is determined by your effort - the more you put in, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
  • Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions
  • Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months
  • Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales
  • Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week
  • Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community

Schedule & Flexibility:
  • Full-time role with a flexible work schedule
  • Appointments scheduled a month in advance
  • Reps submit availability monthly
  • Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience required
  • Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus
  • Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software
  • High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence
  • Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license
