You will serve as the liaison between the doctor, staff, and patients to ensure a smooth, profitable, and patient-centered workflow. Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day front and back office workflows, manage schedules, and optimize patient flow.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and hire administrative staff, run daily huddles, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Finances & Billing: Manage accounts receivable, insurance claims and verifications, billing collections, and daily deposits.
