Title of Position: Hybrid FOH/BOH Manager


Job Description: The Hybrid FOH/BOH Manager role is a unique position that blends the responsibilities of a second sous chef with a front-of-house leader, making it a vital bridge between FOH and BOH operations. As a Hybrid FOH/BOH Manager, youโ€™ll ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments while taking charge of key responsibilities. These include leading the expo line during service to uphold food quality, presentation, and timing standards, overseeing the kitchen closing process to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance, and occasionally covering opening shifts for the kitchen manager. Additionally, the Hybrid FOH/BOH Manager will oversee an assigned FOH department by hiring, training, and scheduling team members while fostering a positive and professional work environment. With a mix of FOH and BOH areas of responsibility (AOR), this role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and alignment with overall company goals.
