Chick-fil-A at Dupont In-line is looking for a BOH Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, quality, guest experience, labor, and food cost. Serving as a frontline leader, supporting the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, conducting regular checks and corrective actions
  • Execute Chick-fil-A Dupont In-Line policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency in operations
  • Act as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
  • Monitor and adjust labor costs, ensuring the right staffing levels to meet restaurant needs by sending team members home early, running breaks, and partnering with the Operating Director for scheduling needs
  • Assist in managing inventory, portion control, and waste reduction to improve profitability
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal food safety regulations
  • Conduct daily food safety inspections, ensure proper product labeling, cleanliness, and proper food handling
  • Participate in leadership meetings, providing insights on operational challenges and opportunities
