Job description

Digital Marketing Web Specialist Remote (US Only, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska) Full-Time Ever.Ag

About the Role

Ever.Ag is on a mission to empower agricultural supply chains to feed a growing world - and our website is central to that story. As our Digital Marketing Web Specialist, you'll own the design, build, and continuous improvement of our core digital properties. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. You'll craft pixel-perfect experiences, ship landing pages that convert, and help ensure Ever.Ag shows up powerfully wherever customers are searching - including AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

You'll work closely with demand generation, content, and design teams in a fast-moving environment where your craft is visible, your impact is measurable, and clean code is genuinely celebrated.

What You'll Do

Web Design & Front-End Development

  • Design and build web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - with clean, maintainable code you're proud of.
  • Develop and maintain page templates, layouts, and components within WordPress using the Divi builder.
  • Translate Figma mockups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages across devices and browsers.
  • Author and publish content across the site, ensuring brand alignment, accuracy, and a consistent voice.
  • Uphold and evolve our design system: typography, color, spacing, and reusable components.
  • Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness on every page.

HubSpot & CMS Management

  • Build and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates in HubSpot.
  • Maintain HubSpot CMS modules and theme elements that power our marketing campaigns.
  • Support the integration between HubSpot and WordPress for seamless lead-gen workflows.
  • Oversee day-to-day platform operations: updates, content edits, and site maintenance.

SEO, GEO & Performance

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices: metadata, heading hierarchy, structured data, and image optimization.
  • Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies so Ever.Ag content surfaces accurately in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and beyond).
  • Structure content with clear, authoritative, citation-friendly formatting to maximize visibility in AI-generated responses.
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical health using standard analytics and web tools.
  • Conduct QA across pages and campaigns to ensure accuracy and a polished experience every time.

UX & Visual Production

  • Create wireframes, page layouts, and design prototypes in Figma.
  • Improve navigation, CTAs, and conversion pathways based on user behavior and data.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing to produce visually compelling, on-brand digital experiences.
  • Support creative production of graphics, banners, and web visual assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with demand gen, content, social, and design teams on web-driven campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and developers on infrastructure or complex feature work.
  • Support integration of websites from acquired companies into the Ever.Ag digital ecosystem.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in web design, digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in web design, front-end development, or web authoring.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and editing web pages.
  • Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and the Divi page builder - creating and editing pages, templates, and modules.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS: landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and GEO strategies for AI-driven search visibility.
  • Sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency - you notice when something's 2px off.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Backend experience (PHP, Python, or similar) is a plus.

Who Thrives Here

You'll fit right in if you:

  • Take pride in clean, well-structured code and polished, on-brand design - and cringe at sloppy markup.
  • Design with the audience in mind: you think about journeys, not just pages.
  • Love collaborating across teams to deliver unified, high-impact digital experiences.
  • Adapt quickly across tools, platforms, and shifting priorities.
  • Proactively solve problems before they become blockers.
  • Geek out on optimization, new web techniques, and digital best practices.
