This role combines scientific expertise with strategic marketing, translating complex research into compelling content, thought leadership, and commercial campaigns that engage biotech and pharmaceutical partners worldwide.Working closely with scientific leaders, business development teams, and global marketing colleagues, you will help shape market strategy, elevate brand visibility, and drive business growth across Pharmaron's biologics services portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft compelling narratives: Translate complex scientific concepts into engaging stories that resonate with our clients in biotech and pharma.Create new content: Partner with our scientists and designers to showcase our expertise in brochures, white papers, flyers, webpages, videos, etc.Lead marketing campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads. Work with our digital marketing and marketing communication managers to strengthen brand positioning, ensure consistent messaging, and convert engagement into measurable ROI while maintaining the voice of Pharmaron across all channels.Analyze and optimize: Track marketing performance, identify trends, and refine our strategies for maximum impact.Additional Expectations for Director LevelOwn the global marketing strategy for Pharmaron's biologics discovery and development services portfolio.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with corporate growth objectives and commercial priorities.Drive thought leadership initiatives that position Pharmaron as a recognized leader within the biologics and drug discovery community.Partner with executive leadership and business development teams to identify growth opportunities and support revenue-generating initiatives.Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and campaign performance to maximize return on investment.Utilize data-driven decision making to measure effectiveness, optimize outcomes, and continuously improve marketing performance.Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, helping shape how Pharmaron's biologics capabilities are positioned in the global marketplace.What We're Looking ForScientific Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting biologics discovery and development programs. Experience in antibody discovery, protein engineering, biologics characterization, bioanalysis, immunology, ADCs, or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Veterinary Medicine, or a related scientific discipline required. PhD preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences organizations.Experience in a CRO-facing role, marketing, or B2B sales is a must.
