Job Title: Marina Manager
Location: Stamford, CT
Job Description:
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Marina Manager to oversee the operations and customer experience of Harbor Point Marinas. This individual will lead the day-to-day management of the marinas with a strong focus on operational excellence, hospitality, and delivering a high-end white glove experience for marina tenants, residents, and guests.
The Marina Manager will be responsible for overseeing marina operations, customer relationships, leasing activity, and overall service standards while ensuring the marinas are maintained to the highest level.
Responsibilities of the Marina Manager:
  • Lead the daily operations of Harbor Point Marinas, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth operational execution.
  • Deliver a luxury-level white glove experience to marina customers, guests, residents, and visitors.
  • Oversee marina occupancy, slip assignments, seasonal leasing, and customer onboarding processes.
  • Ensure safe and efficient docking operations and adherence to marina safety protocols.
  • Supervise marina operations staff and maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service.
  • Maintain marina facilities, docks, and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and first-class environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor relationships, and operational improvements.
  • Address customer requests, concerns, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor marina operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marina events, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with BLT property management, security, maintenance, and leadership teams to support overall operational goals.
  • Track operational performance, occupancy levels, and marina reporting metrics.
  • Support budgeting, inventory oversight, and expense management related to marina operations.

Requirements of the Marina Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in marina operations, hospitality management, property operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marina operations and boating safety procedures.
  • Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills with a luxury service mindset.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marina management systems preferred.
