Job Description BIM & Facade Systems Developer Location: Avon, MA Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible) We are seeking a BIM Developer / BIM Drafting Coordinator to support the development of curtain wall, facade, and architectural panel systems within a growing, collaborative engineering environment. This role will help drive the company's transition from traditional 2D drafting into fully integrated BIM-based workflows and fabrication processes. Responsibilities Build and maintain 3D BIM models for curtain wall, facade, and panel systems using Revit and Inventor Create and manage BIM content including families, templates, assemblies, and detailing standards Produce shop drawings, fabrication packages, BOMs, and fabrication-ready documentation Support integration between BIM models and fabrication/CNC workflows Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams during design-assist projects Assist in developing BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization Troubleshoot modeling and workflow issues while providing technical support to project teams Qualifications Strong proficiency with Revit and Inventor Experience within curtain wall, glazing, facade, ACM panel, or architectural aluminum systems Ability to independently create shop and fabrication drawings Understanding of BIM workflows within manufacturing or fabrication environments AutoCAD experience preferred CNC/CAM integration experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$105,000 base salary Annual bonus potential Health, Vision, Dental PTO 401K match #LP.
