  • Education- Engineering Technology Diploma (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience- 2-5 years of architectural drafting and Canadian Building Code experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.

  • Technical Skills- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, Revit is a requirement; comfortable with MS Office Suite.

  • Communication Skills- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

Salary Range: $53,000 - $74, 500

  • Design Coordination- Collaborate with various departments and clients to ensure smooth release of electrical and mechanical designs.

  • Project Influence Analysis- Evaluate how design choices affect performance and functionality in production.

  • Regulatory Compliance Evaluation- Assess and advise on environmental, legal, and regulatory issues impacting engineering projects.

  • Bid Package Support- Assist in preparing residential and commercial bid packages.

  • Detailed Design Process Leadership- Lead the design process, utilizing BIM and Revit to produce detailed specifications and coordinate design information.
