Als Lead Software Architect gestaltest du die technologische Basis unserer digitalen Produkte und Plattformen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen moderne Produkt- und Plattformarchitekturen mit .NET, Azure Cloud, IoT-/Edge-Technologien und zeitgemäßen Engineering-Praktiken. Die Rolle verbindet strategische Architekturarbeit mit konkreter Umsetzung und schafft klare Leitplanken für skalierbare, sichere und wartbare Lösungen.

  • Technische Führung für Produkt- und Plattformarchitekturen nah an Delivery, Umsetzung und Betrieb.
  • Entwicklung belastbarer Zielarchitekturen mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit, Modularität, Sicherheit, Wartbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Übersetzung komplexer Business- und Produktanforderungen in priorisierte technische Lösungsoptionen.
  • Strukturierte Architekturentscheidungen, z. B. über ADRs und Blueprints, sowie transparente Kommunikation gegenüber relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Architekturprinzipien, Standards und Governance für SDLC, Security, Compliance und Softwarequalität.
  • Verbesserung von Engineering- und Delivery-Prozessen – mit klaren Workflows, Quality Gates, Automation und sinnvollen Metriken.

Das bringst du mit:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Architect, Solution Architect, Lead Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Führungsrolle.
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen, verteilten Software- oder Plattformarchitekturen, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Architekturansätze wie Microservices, Event‑driven Architecture, APIs, Integrationsmuster und Cloud‑native Design.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im .NET-/C#‑Umfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte auf Implementierungsebene zu bewerten.
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code und Container-Technologien.
  • Erfahrung mit IoT‑Architekturen und Azure IoT Services, z. B. Azure IoT Hub, Device Provisioning, Edge‑Computing, Telemetrieverarbeitung oder Geräteintegration, ist von Vorteil.
