ROLE : AZURE DEVOPS ENGINEER

LOCATION : HYBRID - 1 DAY ON SITE PER WEEK DOWNTOWN COLUMBUS

MUST BE LOCAL OR WITHIN A ONE HOUR DRIVE

A highly skilled Azure DevOps Contractor to supplement our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in: Azure DevOpsGitHubAzure servicesTerraform, and Bicep. This role will focus on day-to-day operations of automating infrastructure provisioning, managing application deployments, and supporting data platform services such as CosmosDB and Data Factory.

  • Maintain, enforce and recommend improvements to existing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration and provide training sessions with full-time staff using Terraform and Bicep.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications in Azure (e.g., AKS, ACI).
  • Develop and maintain automation for CosmosDB, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure services.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Development teams to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed in all DevOps processes.
