Responsibilities Improve how Lending work gets done by connecting tools, data, and workflows across the portfolio. This role focuses on making ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI work together to support intake, execution, and decision-making, while introducing practical AI solutions that simplify work and accelerate delivery. Success equates to simpler workflows, better visibility, and strong tool adoption across teams. 1. Tool Integration & Flow • Connect ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI • Enable end-to-end visibility from intake to delivery • Reduce duplication and manual effort • Create a single view of portfolio work 2. Portfolio Ways of Working, Governance & AI • Align tools to support prioritization, sequencing, and delivery governance • Improve visibility into dependencies, risks, and progress • Embed agile workflows through consistent tool usage • Introduce AI into intake, reporting, and planning to improve decisions 3. AI, Automation & Tool Optimization • Deliver simple, high-value solutions such as copilots for intake, reporting, and analysis • Implement automated workflows or agents • Enable AI-driven insights and dashboards • Improve tools to support planning, roadmaps, and execution tracking 4.
