Job description

A well-established gastroenterology group in Phoenix is looking to expand its team by welcoming a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist. This collaborative environment is supported by three skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

This position is structured around a highly efficient model, ideal for physicians seeking a lucrative income, reliable scheduling, and the freedom to shape their practice.

Position Overview:
  • Compensation: Base salary plus a production bonus with potential earnings at the 75th percentile.
  • Schedule: A combination of procedure days at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and clinic hours.
  • Flexibility: Inpatient coverage is optional and only required if desired.
  • Volume: Approximately 25 procedures daily at the ASC and 20 patients in the clinic.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a CME allowance, unlimited paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
