Axiom Developers are primarily responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining regulatory reporting solutions using the AxiomSL platform. On a typical day, you might work on integrating data from various sources, troubleshooting data quality issues, updating reporting templates to meet new compliance requirements, and collaborating with business analysts or compliance teams to interpret regulatory changes. An Axiom Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining regulatory reporting solutions using AxiomSL, a regulatory and risk data management platform. Their role includes coding, optimizing data workflows, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on financial regulations to ensure compliance.
To thrive as an Axiom Developer, you need expertise in AxiomSL’s data management and regulatory reporting platforms, often supported by a background in finance, computer science, or a related field. Familiarity with SQL, data integration tools, and regulatory frameworks (such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or IFRS 9), as well as relevant certifications, are typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams are key soft skills. These abilities enable accurate regulatory reporting, efficient workflow development, and successful collaboration within highly regulated financial environments.

This autonomous role supports active operations and presents the candidate with cutting edge challenges in the digital forensic arena. This rewarding position will be responsible for applying knowledge in digital investigations to support criminal and national security cases. Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
