The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a .NET/Blazor Developer to support the modernization of applications within the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES). The developer will initially focus on building and supporting a production application using C#, .NET, and Blazor. Over time, the position will transition into SAP ABAP development and integration responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production applications using C#, .NET, Blazor, and Razor components.
  • Build reusable user-interface components, application services, APIs, and database integrations.
  • Work with SQL, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and relational data models.
  • Translate requirements and technical designs into secure, maintainable software.
  • Write unit, integration, API, and automated UI tests.
  • Troubleshoot defects and support application deployment and sustainment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Complete SAP ABAP training and progressively assume SAP development assignments.
  • Support integrations between .NET/Blazor applications and SAP.
  • Develop and maintain ABAP programs, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and related SAP objects.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of relevant software-development experience.
  • Proficiency with C#, .NET, Blazor, Razor components, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with source control, debugging, automated testing, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and secure coding practices.
  • Ability and willingness to learn SAP ABAP and enterprise SAP development.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

Desired:
  • Experience deploying and supporting production Blazor applications.
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, SAP integrations, CDS views, OData, or Fiori.
  • Experience integrating external applications with SAP.
  • Experience supporting DoD, Navy, maintenance, logistics, or shipyard systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery practices.
