As a Delivery Management Engineer III on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive the delivery of business process solutions using the Appian low-code platform.
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Appian applications, from requirements translation through deployment and sustainment.
  • Develop and enhance Appian applications that integrate with enterprise and federal systems.
  • Provide technical quality oversight to help deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to mission objectives.
  • Apply Appian delivery standards and contribute to Agile teams through iterative development and collaboration.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying applications on the Appian low-code platform
  • 3+ years of experience integrating Appian applications with enterprise data sources, application programming interfaces, and third-party services in secure environments
  • 3+ years of experience translating stakeholder and mission requirements into Appian application solutions and documenting technical configurations for sustainment and audit readiness
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting federal government clients
  • Experience working with enterprise system integrations in secure environments
  • Experience mentoring junior Appian developers
  • Appian certification
  • Active Secret security clearance

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
