Job description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to further develop critical markets supported by our team of Account Managers. You will have complete ownership over building and advancing opportunity pipelines, evangelizing cloud computing, driving revenue, developing executive relationships, and user adoption. As well as working with the AWS Partner Team to evolve our robust partner ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
- Build upon and develop our existing highly skilled Sales Team
- Develop and execute against a set of goals including customer references, support, and training
- Develop and work with partners to extend reach and drive all-up cloud adoption
- Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further the adoption of AWS services in the market
- Drive revenue and market share while meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies to achieve customer outcomes
- Lead a Customer Obsessed business that delights our customers and aids in their innovation
A day in the life
Be a critical part of a leadership team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by leading a team of Field Sellers who are driving growth within our largest and fastest growing small & mid-market accounts

Early and continued cloud adaption is key in enabling these customers to accelerate innovation and scale.
As a Commercial Sales Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth and shape of emerging technologies. With your team of Field Sellers, you will lead and influence customers to build, shape and grow their AWS business and, in many cases, their entire digital transformation to the cloud.

Commercial is a team of Field Sellers, made up of 150+ Account Managers and 350+ cross functional team members in the United States, who work toward the collective goal of solving challenges and innovating new ways to enable our customers to achieve their desired outcomes for their customers.
