Job Location: Columbus, OH
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Overall responsibilities to include:
  • Project Manager (PM) will be accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • PM should have experience managing large projects (with 100+ resources) representing IT & various business functions.
  • The Project development methodology used is Agile.
Must Have skills:
  • IT experience of 8-10+ years with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Guiding the team and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experience leading large global matrix teams (offsite and onshore)
  • Expertise with Jira Cloud or an equivalent tool.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Platform
  • Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup, etc.)
  • Resources should be proactive in their approach to ensure the project timelines, resource allocations and budgets are met.
Preferred skills:
  • Certifications: Scrum master ; Agile and Project Management
  • Experience with Stratus Cloud platform
  • Experience with data and a strong analytical outlook.
  • Degree in Science.
  • Experience with Burn up burndown charts
