Our client is a dynamic organization focused on accelerating business growth through strategic cloud partnerships and ecosystem development. As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a senior-level partnership professional to strengthen its AWS alliance strategy, drive co-sell initiatives, and maximize opportunities across the AWS ecosystem.

About the Role

We are seeking an AWS Senior Partner Manager to lead and expand the company’s relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will be responsible for developing partnership strategies, managing executive-level relationships, driving AWS-generated pipeline, and creating scalable programs that support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working within the AWS ecosystem and a proven track record of successfully managing cloud partnerships, co-sell motions, and alliance-driven business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the strategic relationship with AWS and key partner stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute AWS alliance strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Teams, Solution Architects, Marketplace Teams, and senior leadership.
  • Drive AWS co-sell motions and identify joint customer opportunities.
  • Lead AWS Marketplace initiatives, including private offers and strategic sales motions.
  • Manage and optimize AWS-generated pipeline, partner referrals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams on joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Represent the company at AWS events, executive briefings, conferences, and industry programs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Establish scalable alliance processes, reporting frameworks, and partnership best practices.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide strategic recommendations related to cloud partnerships and ecosystem growth.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS Partnerships, Cloud Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Management, Business Development, or related roles.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS Partner Network (APN), AWS Marketplace, co-sell programs, and alliance management.
  • Proven success driving revenue through AWS partnerships and partner-generated opportunities.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships within large technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS business models, and partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
