Store Development Specialist

Join the team at Doyles Sheehan! We are seeking a dedicated Store Development Specialist based out of our Missoula, MT office. In this role, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for maintaining and refurbishing equipment and ensuring our in-store conceptsโ€”including coffee, TV menus, and food service equipmentโ€”are expertly installed and ready for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Mastery: Maintain and refurbish company-owned food service and beverage equipment, logging all work and managing refurbished stock.

  • Store Development: Lead in-store installations and participate in resetting stores, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are ready for project success.

  • Customer Support: Deliver products to customers, handle unloading and checking in orders, and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Merchandising & Inventory: Provide stocking, pricing, and shelf-facing services while helping to maintain appropriate parts in stock.

  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure all load-related documentation is accurate and complete all administrative duties as assigned.


What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related position is required.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Attributes: Independent, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Ability to travel 5 days at a time, on occasion, and ability to travel 1-2 days/week, regularly.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. consistently and up to 70 lbs. intermittently.

  • Driving: A clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and the ability to be insurable are essential.

  • Background: Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen.
