• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health needs, forming personalized treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure online platforms, ensuring that each session meets the tailored needs of your clients.
• Engage with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals and maintain ongoing communication, offering support and guidance throughout their healing process.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, based on clients' preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including client progress, treatment plans, and ongoing assessments, in accordance with organizational policies.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, or relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and locations, contributing to a rich tapestry of experiences that you'll engage with through your therapeutic work. You will be an integral part of their recovery, providing crucial support and guidance as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for managing a caseload and meeting documentation requirements efficiently.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth format or in a remote clinical setting is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic models and an ability to adapt approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• A background in community mental health services is beneficial, given our focus on supporting clients from various walks of life.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
