We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a growing aerospace and defense organization developing advanced, mission-critical products and systems. This position will play a key role in the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture through integration, verification, validation, and deployment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems engineering within aerospace, defense, avionics, or other highly regulated environments and is comfortable working cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, software, test, manufacturing, and program management teams.

Job Details
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7-10 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Proven experience leading hardware architecture, design, and engineering, including hardware modifications, industrial design, and thermal management.
  • Strong background in analog and digital electronics, CPU boards, RF interfaces, and embedded systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on analog/digital board development and embedded systems experience.
  • Experience designing systems around high-performance processors, COM Express modules, GPUs, and I/O subsystems.
  • Knowledge of interfaces and technologies including PCIe, 1G/10G Ethernet, SPI, I²C, flash memory, and clocking/synchronization systems.
  • Experience with schematic capture/entry; Altium experience is a plus.
