Job Description Lead Security Technician Direct Hire, Permanent Midland/Lubbock/Odessa Position Notes: Very much a field position. Installation and programming of security systems - (Avigilon, Genetec, etc.) Hourly pay w/ OT | Expect ~50 hour work weeks Driving to jobsites, 1-3 hours any given day | Company vehicle provided Guide/mentor junior Techs WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Assisting with building project schedules. Managing on-site quality to ensure that project standards are met

Overseeing on-site resources, including subcontractors. Identifying and escalating project issues promptly. Identifying and obtaining change orders as necessary.

Assisting with technical installation, programming, and troubleshooting. Providing regular status updates to the Project Manager. Interfacing on-site with General Contractors, other vendors, and stakeholders.

Acting as the on-site safety manager to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Managing on-site inventory. Serving as a liaison between the Project Manager and the technical team.

Marking up engineering documents for clarity and accuracy. Managing equipment matrix and commissioning documents. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM: 5+ years of experience as a Security Technician - Genetec, Avigilon, etc.

Mentor junior Techs Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects. People skills: customer facing position Travel: Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs. Any given day you could be driving 1-2 hours to a client/job site Company Vehicle provided.
