Drive growth, build relationships, and represent a trusted name in business aviation. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll own your region, develop long-term customer partnerships, and help deliver high-quality aviation solutions across avionics, maintenance, paint, and interiors. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, understands aviation services, and is motivated by both base salary and performance-based earnings.

Who We Are

Elliott Aviation, a leader in aircraft solutions, has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager supporting our Southeast region. Since 1936, Elliott Aviation has been a trusted provider of customer-focused solutions for business aviation. In an industry where service, reliability, and expertise matter, our sales team plays a critical role in connecting customers to the right solutions, all while building trust that lasts well beyond the initial sale.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Own a high-potential Southeast region with strong market opportunity
  • Sell a full suite of solutions: Avionics, Maintenance, Paint, and Interiors
  • High visibility role with direct customer interaction and industry presence
  • Salaried role with commission/bonus earning potential tied to performance
  • Opportunity to build long-term relationships, not just transactional sales
  • Travel across your region and represent Elliott at industry events and trade shows

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within an assigned region, cultivating customer relationships, and generating revenue through the successful sale of Elliott Aviation's service offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation services, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

A Day in the Life

In this role, your days are dynamic and relationship driven. You may be visiting customer accounts in your region, attending aviation events, or following up on new business opportunities generated through marketing and networking.

You'll spend time building relationships with aircraft owners and operators, identifying their needs, and aligning them with Elliott's services. Behind the scenes, you'll collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, coordinate schedules, and ensure the work you sell is delivered successfully.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers across the Southeast region
  • Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
  • Maintain regular face-to-face contact with key accounts
  • Identify customer needs and position appropriate aviation services and solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing, proposals, and schedules
  • Represent Elliott Aviation at trade shows, industry events, and organizations
  • Maintain CRM data, track pipeline activity, and follow up on all leads
  • Support regional sales planning, forecasting, and revenue goals
  • Promote all service offerings while upholding high standards of customer service

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of business aviation sales experience
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understanding of turbine aircraft maintenance and aviation service sales
  • Working knowledge of avionics, interiors, and paint processes (sales perspective)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a region independently and meet sales goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Environment & Travel

  • Significant travel required throughout the Southeast region
  • Frequent customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
  • Combination of remote work, field sales, and occasional coordination with company locations

Why Join Elliott

At Elliott Aviation, you're not just selling a service; you're representing a legacy of quality, trust, and craftsmanship in business aviation.

We support our sales team with the resources, expertise, and reputation needed to succeed, while giving you the autonomy to build your region and grow your career.

We Offer

  • Benefits on Day 1
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage
  • FREE Generic prescriptions
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 401(k) Company Match
  • Technical and professional development

Compensation

This is a salaried position with commission/bonus earning potential based on performance. Total compensation reflects a combination of base salary and results-driven incentives.
