Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
  • Recognize and reinforce CRS values of Dedication, Respect, Expertise, Integrity, Perseverance and Teamwork
  • Prepares analysis of products purchased for outright sales and/or exchange transactions
  • Responds to customersโ€™ requests for quotes in a timely manner, taking multiple factors into consideration including category of part being requested, availability, price, condition, type and status of customer requesting, and considers overall inbound activity in the office at any given time
  • Collaborates with Regional Sales Managers to inform them of all activity related to a given regional territory and effectively communicates with the broader team to drive sales
  • Supports all aspects of service to the customer
  • Works with other inside sales team members and accepts accountability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly goals tied to sales initiatives and company goals.
  • Participate in driving sale and assisting with fulfillment by leveraging customer feedback to make suggestions to improve condition of stocked parts, pricing of parts, warranty and overall marketability of inventory
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with current and potential customers, help to service those customers in adherence to customer service standards and within company guidelines
  • Refer to a โ€œHot Listโ€ of parts for purchase, in real-time, by collaborating with an inter-departmental team that provides inputs from various aspect of the CRS operations
  • Process order transactions to achieve directed objectives, goals, with in measurable service-standards
  • Support CRS inside stakeholders in meeting monthly sales, purchasing and overall company objectives
  • Participate in trade shows, special projects, and industry events
  • Become a productive and efficient member of the CRS AOG team once proper training is achieved
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
