The Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will help translate company strategy into coordinated execution across the engineering organization. Working closely with the CTO, you will help plan, prioritize, and track engineering initiatives to ensure teams are aligned, dependencies are managed, and projects deliver on schedule.

You will collaborate across software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, and flight operations teams to coordinate complex technical work and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving engineering environments, coordinating cross-team initiatives, and helping technical teams execute efficiently at scale.


What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the CTO to plan, prioritize, and manage execution of engineering initiatives
  • Translate strategic objectives into coordinated engineering plans and sprint-level execution
  • Track dependencies across teams and ensure work streams remain aligned
  • Identify risks related to timelines, resource allocation, or technical dependencies and proactively propose mitigation strategies
  • Support sprint planning and help ensure engineering work is clearly defined and prioritized
  • Track progress across engineering initiatives and maintain visibility into project status
  • Work with engineering leads to ensure resources are aligned with company priorities
  • Improve processes and tools that support planning, execution, and cross-team collaboration
  • Coordinate across software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, and flight operations teams
  • Help maintain alignment between engineering execution and company goals


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, or engineering leadership
