About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists and other healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Florida
  • Master's degree from an accredited PA or NP program
  • Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain) 
  • BLS/ACLS certification required
  • 1–3+ years of clinical experience preferred however New Graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Experience with EHR systems and a commitment to accurate documentation

Compensation
  • Compensation: $105,000–$135,000+ annually, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
