Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to clients through a secure telehealth platform. Much of this role is spent in direct client sessions, helping people understand what they are carrying, identify patterns, and work toward realistic treatment goals.
You will also complete assessments, write clear documentation, update care plans, and stay attentive to changes in each client's needs. This role is well suited for an LCSW who enjoys steady client-facing work and can bring calm, organized clinical support into a virtual setting.
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to clients located in Texas through telehealth
  • Conduct clinical assessments and review client history
  • Create individualized treatment plans with realistic goals
  • Help clients work through mental health symptoms, stress, relationship concerns, grief, and major life changes
  • Maintain timely and complete clinical notes
  • Review progress regularly and adjust care plans as needed
  • Follow all privacy, ethical, and licensure requirements
  • Coordinate with the care team when additional support is needed

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Texas LCSW license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions
