Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients using evidence-based diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to craft personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, implementing timely interventions and therapeutic strategies aligned with their mental health diagnoses to facilitate recovery and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
